Breeze Haven offers refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for most products and services, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. We strive to make the refund process as simple and fair as possible while maintaining the quality and integrity of our offerings.

4. Art Workshops and Events

4.1 Cancellation by Customer: For workshops, classes, and events:

4.2 Cancellation by Breeze Haven: If we cancel a workshop or event, customers will receive a full refund or, at their option, credit toward a future event with a 10% bonus value.

4.3 Workshop Transfers: Registration may be transferred to another person at no additional cost by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event.

5. Custom and Commission Work

5.1 Deposit Refunds: For custom artwork and commission work:
